How to Make your Own Buble Wrap Envelopes and Bubble Wrap Packages at Home for Less than .10 Cents Each.
I am an avid Ebay seller and so I need larger size 7.5" x 9" bubble wrap padding shipping envelopes almost daily. Bubble wrap padded shipping envelopes of this size are fairly inexpensive at around .25 - .40 cents each, depending upon how many of them you purchase at a time.
I recently ran out of bubble wrap so I figured out how to make my own home made bubble wrap padding shipping envelopes, and to my surprise and delight, I learned I can make my own bubble wrap shipping envelopes for a lot cheaper than buying them. Granted they don't look as good as the ones you purchase, by for my purposes, they work just fine.

- Bubble wrap sheets. You can buy small rolls at places like Wal Mart or Target. If you plan on making a bunch of bubble wrap padded shipping envelopes, you can save a lot money by purchasing a giant roll of bubble wrap plastic sheets at Ebay. The difference in price per square foot is about .15 cents per foot for smaller rolls of bubble wrap versus less than .10 per square foot if you buy bulk size bubble wrap on Ebay or Amazon. Purchase the small bubble sized bubble wrap, not the bubble wrap with the larger bubbles.
- Duct tape. A standard roll of duct tape is 2" wide and while you can use this, it is a lot easier, faster and better looking to use 4" wide duct tape. This is a little harder to find at regular stores but you can also get the 4" wide duct tape at Ebay.
