I started doing pushups when I start training in martial arts late June 2022. The first class I was only able to do 7 pushups. I am 5'10" tall and weigh 180lbs. On Feb 1, 2023 the number of pushups I can do is now 18! My future intention is to be able to do 25 pushups on my birthday in April 2023.
