How to Use this Free Image Compression Online Tool

1. Click the button with the text Choose File.
2. Select the image from your device you wish to compress and reduce its file size.
3. Use the Set Image Compress Level slider to set the intensity of the image compression. The lower the number, the less the image compression. This means an image with a larger file size but better visual quality. A higher number means tighter compression which means a smaller file size but a degragation of the image quality. With this image compression tool, in most cases, best results are obtained choosing a number between 60 - 75. It is usually only after a compression level of 75 that the image quality suffers to the point that it can be viewed.
4. Press the button that reads Compress Image at Level 50 Compression.
5. The page will refresh and your compressed image will be output below.
6. Just above your compressed image will be red text providing information about the image compression such as the images filesize before being compressed and the new image filesize after being compressed.
7. Your compressed image can be downloaded by right clicking on it and clicking the menu item Save Image ... or Save Image as ... depending upon which web browser you are using.
