How to Create a TEXT WATERMARK for your Image/Photo

This free tool makes it fast and easy to add your own text message or brand on an image or photograph.

1. Select the type of Watermark you want to use by ticking the box with the text that reads text watermark. This is selected by default when you first come to this watermarking tool web page.
2. Select the image you want to watermark by clicking the button with the text Choose File. You can then select any image or photograph from your device.
3. When the image you choose loads, you are going to see a tic-tac-toe looking overlay with red borders. The purpose of this is to divide your photograph or image that you want to watermark into 9 even sections. Select the section where you want your watermark to go by clicking on that section.
4. Choose what you want for the watermark text, the font type and size you want for your watermark text, the color you want for the font and whether you want your watermark text to be bold. You can also choose how transparent or opaque your watermark text is by moving the slider with the text that reads Watermark Opacity.
5. Click the button with the text Create Watermarked Image.
6. About a second later you will see another button appear with large text that reads Show Watermarked Image. Click this button and a new browser tab will open with your image and it's text watermark. The reason the image has to load in a new browser tab is that if your image is larger than the water marking tools borders, your output watermarked image will be shrunk down to a smaller height and width than the original image. By placing your watermarked image in a new browser window, there will be no width or height constraints applied to your finished image.
7. To download the watermarked image right click on the image and from the pop up menu that appears choose Save As.

How to Create a IMAGE WATERMARK for your Image/Photo

1. Select the type of Watermark you want to use by ticking the box with the text that reads image watermark.
